We were pleased with the buying experience in that we were treated professionally and wait was kept up a minimum. The one thing we were very unhappy about was that the salesperson did not tell us until after the vehicle purchase was complete that there was only one key for the car. This should have been mentioned during the buying process. We called the dealership back a couple days later and left messages for Alberto, our salesperson, and Richard, the manager to discuss this issue. Neither bothered to return our call. That is not good customer service! Only other issue ...
Honda Escondido has a wonderful service department. This is the only location I will take all my Honda’s for service. Great group of service personnel.

Friendly staff and always professional. I get my car serviced here and usually wait in their break room if it's less than a two-hour wait time. For longer wait times, I appreciate that they have free Uber service so I can return to work while my car gets worked on. It's pretty easy to get an appointment.
